Need a tax receipt?
The war in Ukraine is ongoing, and it is our hope to continue to help Ukranian refugees transition to life in Canada during their time of need. Hillside Residence relies on community support and donations to operate.
We also work with both the KW Multicultural Centre and Waterloo Region Grassroots on an ongoing basis.
If you would like to donate financially to Hillside, and would like a charitable tax receipt, please follow the link below. This will take you to the donation page for the Kitchener-Waterloo Mulicultural Centre.
Please add a note that you would like your donation to go to Hillside Residence to ensure we receive your donation.

Please put “Donation” as the subject line.
We are unable to provide tax receipts for monetary donations at this time. Please follow the instructions for donating through the KW Multicultural website if you require a tax receipt upon donating.

Our needs are always changing, and are dependent on the demographics of our residents and families. If you are unable to donate monetarily, please consider donations of items.
Hillside Residence is currently not accepting general donations of items, thanks to the generosity of our community.
Any donations of specific items our residents require will be listed here.
We are currently in search of bunk beds for incoming residents.
